It is with great pleasure that we can announce, that Adams Moore Partner Abbey Ricketts, has been announced as one of the 35 under 35 in the Accountancy Age Rankings. The UK magazine for the accounting industry.

Abbey joined Adams Moore as a Trainee Accountant in September 2016 through the Accounting Apprenticeship Scheme.

In 2023, Abbey was promoted to Client Service Partner, becoming one of three partners within the practice.  Her ascent to the top of our business within seven years, marked by hard work and late nights, has been characterized by grace and humility, earning the admiration and respect of everyone in the business.

In that time she has:-

Redefined our Finance 360 Accountancy Service for owner-managed businesses with turnovers above £1 million. This service, which emphasizes value-added, proactive, fixed-price accounting, has become our best-selling offering. It not only saves clients on taxes but also contributes to their growth and provides a comprehensive understanding of their cost base.

Represented Adams Moore at networking groups, enhancing our firm’s visibility.

Introducing initiatives such as promoting from within the company, maintaining regular transparency on company performance, offering interest-free loans for employee emergencies, involving staff in Partner Meetings, and implementing an annual, understandable bonus scheme.
